After toying with the idea earlier in the week I decided to catch a bus and surprise Luis for his Birthday. It was one of those last minute things so it was about midnight on Thursday when I got to his flat, that's no reason to stop partying though. Kieran, Sam, Oliver, Sam, Kes, Will and Tommy were there, some asleep, the others still standing. Not everyone was staying though, only a handful of us I think once the rest left. We soldiered on until about 4am maybe closer to 5 before crashing. The Johnny Walker and Jaffa Cakes made for a good time.

Friday morning is where things get difficult, four of us went to eat then we made our way to the hotel where a few others were staying. We got a minibus down to the Kyoto Lounge because it was just the proper thing to do. A few hours of mingling and computer games and we moved on to the Odder Bar. A quick bite to eat and a few drinks, more shoulder rubbing and we headed off to Siam Pinto. I'm not going to talk about that place. Dwarves, expressive dance and tramps should give you the big picture. Managed to pull off a duet of Bobby Darin's 'Mack the Knife' with Luis and got out of there almost immediately after. We found a quieter place called The Bay Horse and ended the night with a takeaway.

Ill finish this when I remember the last two days.
